The first enterprise of the NTQ Group was Nutriquím S.A. Founded back in 1993 by Mr. Francisco Solera Víquez MBA and Food Technician. In that moment, there was a tendency in the market that only certain companies supplied prime matter for the alimentary industry. In a visionary way Mr. Solera took advantage of all his experience in the field, started operations in Cuatro Reinas, Tibás in San José Costa Rica. With the past of time, the acquired experience and knowledge, the customer's acceptance and constant investigation promoted the expansion of the company up to a point in which they had to diversify their production and by this, creating partnership with other enterprises. Nowadays, all these enterprises together conform more than an enterprise, but a group of high technology industries to the service of the nutrition and food chemistry at the human level.

Since October 2006, the enterprises moved their operations to a new building located in Heredia which from they take care of the administrative processes and the production of the group. It currently operates together with a sales office in El Salvador where they take care of their Centro American customers.
